Does the FBA freight price include import duties and taxes?
Yes. Our FBA freight service is priced on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The quoted price includes international freight, US import customs clearance, import duties and taxes, and delivery to your Amazon fulfillment center. There are no additional charges upon arrival.
Do you handle FDA filings for Amazon FBA shipments?
Yes, we handle the full FDA compliance process including FDA facility registration verification, prior notice filings, and any required product-specific filings. We ensure your shipment clears US customs without FDA-related holds.
What happens if my FNSKU labels are missing or wrong?
We can handle FNSKU label exceptions on your behalf. If Amazon identifies label issues during the inbound scan, we work to resolve them to prevent your shipment from being refused by the fulfillment center.
Do you offer returns handling or label replacement services?
No. We do not currently offer returns processing or FBA label replacement as standalone services. Our core strength is in getting your cargo from China to the Amazon warehouse reliably and on time.
How do I send inventory to multiple FBA warehouses?
Contact us with your shipment plan and we will coordinate routing to each destination. FBA allows you to split your inbound shipment across multiple fulfillment centers — we can handle this in a single booking.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL for FBA shipments?
FCL (Full Container Load) means your goods occupy an entire shipping container — best for large volumes. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share a container with other shippers — more economical for smaller shipments. Both are available for FBA freight.
